Referrals

Referrals can be arranged through your General Practitioner or Health Professional/Provider. I also accept self-referrals when appropriate.

Medico-legal referrals must be made by a Solicitor.

I accept self-referrals, but may, in some circumstances, require a letter from your General Practitioner or other health professional.

Fees

Fees will be provided on request.  I accept payment directly from clients, and from a few insurance providers.  If you are covered by health insurance, please verify payment with your insurers prior to your initial appointment.  A copy of my Terms and Conditions will be sent to new clients.
